I am being blessed at Esalen with so much water,  the baths, ocean, marine layer, and water color paints what a fine contrast.....I can feel you all creating the camp, the meals, the adventures, the tribe love. What ecstasy, see you all soon leah

Wednesday we shall hold a goddess circle to welcome you home!

We will probably have established a pretty good system in the kitchen by the time you enter the playa and, shall we say, make more complete our camp. ;0)

I would envision some fresh fruit, or maybe some of those amazing cheeses, would be a wonderful treat come Wednesday on the Playa. Use your imagination....and your good taste!

Idea: I will make a blog entry from Center Camp on Tuesday (hopefully ;0) to hollatcha if there is any specific item we want (doubtful but a good plan just in case). If you can check the Blog Tuesday then you might just save the day for us.

I love reunions!!! I will be the girl wearing a big smile when you get there... just look for your reflection and you will see the best in me.

We can make this space a dressing room to hang costumes and leave make-up and supplies inside for easy use.

AYAYAYAYAAYAYAYAAYAYAYAY!!!

Chairs, Lamps, Pillows and Beyond

just wanted to make sure people were bringing chairs to sit/lounge in. i only have one beach chair. i doubt all of us will want to sit down at the exact same time in the living area, but we should have adequate seating for at least half of the people; so if you have beach chairs or other camping furniture to contribute to the coziness of our living space, please bring them!!!
also, if you can bring old pillows or buy some old ones at the salvation army, we need some plushness for the teepee!!!
we also need some good lightning; so if you come across any old lamps that we can set up around the camp, that would be much appreciated too! last year our camp was pitch black. we need much better lighting fo-sho! extension cords are a plus as well...
thank you all for contributing to the camp and making it a beautiful, fun, cozy, sacred space for our family to enjoy :)

I have a coffee press....
I also have this thing called a "camp kitchen".....its got cabinets and a camp stove on the top! it stands about 4 feet tall!
I also have some pans and such!



have we decided on what kind of plates we are going to use?? i think bamboo plates might be a good idea?(they BURN)....

I am so so so so very happy that you are, indeed, able to make it to the playa!! crystal and myself will be you and basho's neighborly neighbors. so welcome all! mmmhmm....so. is that tent still available, per chance? it will only be us two staying in the tent, but we don't have one, and our mula is tight, so anything we can get is way awesome. if anyone with larger # of peeps needs it, then..by all means, it's yours! but any way we can save some cash will help us out...much appreciated, my friend!!! let us know : ) take care
